Many thanks, ERIC, for two species in a fine soft
light, 'developing' the dove colours.
I think the Mourning, with greyish belly and
Egypt location must be the nominate (S.d.d.),
vs. East African, S.d. perspicillata, w/ white belly.

Fint billede med Turteldue t.h.
Mourning må være nominaten S.d. decipiens.
D. østafrikanske del-art har Hvid bug.

I now notice that there are scalings on the hind-scapulars and the streaking of the breast is stangely diffuse for an adult....is it the same juvenile on your two photos?
This would explain the very short - and too pale-coloured bill for an adult.....furthermore I don't recall to have seen dark spots on the crown of adult Greater Hoopoe-Larks.
Best regards
Peter
Many thanks for attention and correction.
'ssp' is fine - meaning 'subspecies',
but Title/info includes 'FORM' and the spelling
'aegypt (missing -i) us'.
