Beskrivelse: Note striking molt limit in wings and coverts between retained juvenile brown feathers and new adult solid black feathers typical of a second-year male, compared with the recent Norway bird displaying a completed molt of remiges, retrices, and wing coverts most unusual for this age group.
As noted by Frode the the norwegian bird sems to display a full set of adult primaries (if not the single juvenile prims or secondarie is hidden between the adult ones?), and primary covert. Whether the tail is all adult is difficult to se from the images, since some 2cy replace a few/half to all t-feathers in the preformative moult. Since this species is hugely variable regarding moult and appearance see herethe norwegian bird might possibly be an adult male which has failed to develope fully adult body feathers, perhaps due to being out of range. Might it be an advanced 2cy male with early replaced primaries and primary coverts?(a few 2cy males at this time of year has apparently renewed some outer primaries.
adult & 2cy2cy (SY) male in May2cy (SY) male in Sept
Notice in the last May bird here the blacker outer primaries.

..and that would be a male with the, among other features, reddish on the breast and underwing coverts peaking through below the greater coverts, the large white primary patch, absent or up to 2mm longer than the longest primary covert in formative (juv/1st vinter) females, absent or up to 4mm in adult females while in formative males 4-14mm and finely in adult males 14-24mm.
